Video duration: 200 seconds There is no lateral urethral dissection. To achieve this the DVC is divided with the urethra at the apex of the prostate without prior ligation. The DVC is then oversewn. This maximally preserves the urethral complex with a very high proportion of patients achieving early continence. |
