Frederick Memorial Hospital held an open house and ribbon cutting for its new patient care unit Friday, March 2, 2012. The unit is home to 12 private patient rooms designed to feel as much like home as possible.
We call the unit 2C and it will serve oncology and palliative care patients as well as those who have had thoracic surgery. The unit opened for its first patients March 5, 2012.
