a tasty sesame ginger pulled pork dish.
1 pork shoulder
1/2 cup sesame ginger dressing (no HFCS)
3 tablespoons pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon juice from pineapple chucks
pan seer pork in avocado oil to lock in juices
place in crock pot
add ingredients
cook 7-8 hours
once cook pull apart with a fork till shredded
