Stone Transposition. Posted by: NikosBafaloukas
Video duration: 250 seconds The lower calyx problem This case: A 12mm stone, unaffected after 3 extracorporeal lithotripsy sessions, causes intermittent obstruction. At the time of the procedure it is lying in the lower calyx. This is a very inappropriate site for laser disintegration as the flexible ureteroscope can't achieve the optimum flexure. The following video is the answer to this problem. |
