Abdul Qadeer Khan, 70, is in 'excellent health' after satisfactorily recovering from prostate cancer surgery, says the Pakistani military. Khan, who was a key player in helping Pakistan become a nuclear power, also confessed to leaking nuclear weapons technology to Iran, Libya and North Korea.
